Christmas at the Zoo

It's Advent season again. And as in previous years, Santa Claus is taking a short break to visit the zoo on Saturday, December 13th, starting at 10 a.m.

This year, he's not only coming with his helpers to get you in the mood for "real" Christmas with small crafts, but he's also bringing something big – the Christmas fire brigade! They will be at and in the zoo from about 4:00 to 5:30 pm.

Afterwards, we will experience the zoo at night with a small lantern parade.

Of course, Santa Claus has a full sack of small gifts with him again and is delighted to welcome numerous little visitors who recite their songs or poems to him.

So look forward to mulled wine and bratwurst, campfire bread and children's punch, and of course, the Christmas fire brigade! And because it's almost Christmas, our little visitors can visit the zoo for free on this day; adults pay what they like!
